Context & Role

Responsible for conceptualising and executing below the line marketing activities for MetLife India. He/ She will also be responsible for managing the process of printing all the sales literature and collaterals. The role holder will work closely with relevant personnel in designate function to conceptualise, support and execute marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor all BTL & Group marketing activities and ensure adherence to timelines
Analyse the execution and costs of each marketing activity and suggest improvements
and innovations
Ensure the printing process is run in a cost-efficient and time-bound manner
Conceive and execute innovative BTL activities designed to maximise lead generation for the region

Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Marketing
5 - 6 years operational marketing or sales experience in the Financial Services or FMCG/ consumer durables sector OR in a client servicing role in an Advertising Agency/ Event management agency
Experience in business to business marketing and insurance will be an added advantage
Operational experience in executing marketing projects and managing vendors

Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge of customer, business to business marketing processes
Project management skills: Ability to carry out multiple tasks in a project to their
logical conclusion
Demonstration of effective people skills in order to deliver through different sets of people – internal and external
Demonstration of effective implementation skills to ensure clinical execution
Knowledge of how to conceptualise and execute BTL programmes

Context & Role

Responsibile for implementing the designate Internal Audit practices to ensure proactive identification and effective mitigation of business risks impacting the business.  The jobholder will:
Contribute significantly towards building strong and effective risk awareness and control consciousness within the Company
Contribute towards continuous improvement of risk management and control processes, in their widest sense so that they operate at optimum effectiveness and cost efficiency and reflect leading practice

Key Responsibilities
Assist in defining audit plans, programs, techniques, procedures and frequency covering all aspects of business operations
Define internal control (IC) checklists
Define and implement internal controls covering transactional controls, custodian controls, authorisation controls and compliance controls
Facilitate laying down operational manuals for the organisation covering all policies, procedures and compliances
Review and evaluate business critical systems for adequacy of controls and identification of opportunities for their better utilisation
Direct an effective, motivated and results focused team to achieve pre - defined targets vis-a-vis cost, quality and turn around time parameters

Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant, membership of CIA/  CISA being an advantage
An experience of around 5 - 7 years preferably in the tertiary sector
Should have interacted and worked along with senior management in previous organisations exhibiting maturity, tact and diplomacy
Experience of writing reports for, and making presentations to, senior management is desirable

Skills/Knowledge:
An excellent knowledge of the Indian financial services market, Insurance sector and regulatory environment with in - depth knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques, and principles
Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities
High energy levels and decision making capabilities that support robust execution of plans
Skills in strategising, planning and delivering alternate approaches aimed at enhancing business results in a demanding environment

Context & Role

To manage & motivate his team of Agency Managers & Advisers to achieve the business targets across the whole product range.
The Role-holder will work closely with the General Manager - Agency to plan and implement sales strategies within his defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
Manage & motivate his team of Agency Managers, SMs & FPAs to achieve sales targets.
Assess the training needs of team in order for them to be highly effective in a competitive environment.
Ensure that 'Best Practices' are adopted and all team members operate to the highest professional standards.
Develop and Implement operating plans for the region so as to deliver sales targets.
Maintain and Develop comprehensive knowledge of company products and propositions.
Ensure distribution of responsibilities pertaining to the clients & prospective clients between SMs & ASMs.
Ensure transfer of product knowledge and effective skill development of the team.
Coordinate monitor and review the sales efforts of the team.
Obtain regular feedback and build in new ideas based on market reports.
Recruit high quality Financial Planning advisers.
Obtain market intelligence so as be able to prepare effective operating plans.

New business sales targets – No. of Policies and APE
Growth and persistency in busin
Skill development of team.
Customer perception

Qualifications & Experience
A high calibre Graduate having experience in sales and managing a large team.
Must have 7 - 9 years experience in sales
Experience of working in a fast moving environment and an ability to work to deadlines.
Should have managed a large sales team.
Should have preferably worked with a bank or a financial services company or alternatively have experience in direct distribution or an FMCG company.
