IVRS Premium Payment Option
Renewal premium payment can now be made by calling at MetLife Toll Free number 1800-425-6969 or by calling at the MetLife customer service number 080-26502244.
The system uses the interactive voice response technology which is simple, secure and a reliable payment solution. The payments can be made via Master/Visa credit card only.
Pay via Standing Instructions
Pay via Standing Instructions
This automated facility allows to set up Standing Instructions on your bank account (ECS/Direct Debit) or credit card (Visa/Master/American Express) for regular debit of your renewal premiums. To avail this facility, please submit the duly filled ECS - Direct Debit Mandate with the cancelled cheque (for bank accounts) or Credit Card SI Mandate along a copy of the front face of the credit card (for Credit Card).
• Banks with whom Direct Debit facility is available are Bank of Baroda, Citibank, ICICI, IDBI & Union Bank of India.
•List of ECS enabled locations and mandates are available at MetLife Branches and on our website.
Pay in Person
You can also choose to pay your premium through crossed cheque or Demand Draft issued in favor of "MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. - Policy No." You may drop the renewal cheques at any of the following:
Drop Boxes
You can also drop your renewal cheque/draft at any Skypak drop box across locations in India or any MetLife branch nearest to you.
MetLife Branches
You can pay at any MetLife Branch via a cheque, demand draft, cash* (upto Rs. 50,000/- only) or Credit Card (Visa and Master only) between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
*Cash payments are advised to be made at MetLife Branches against an official receipt. In case an official receipt is not received for cash payment within 7 days please call 1-800-425-6969.
Suvidhaa Outlets
Renewal premium payments can be made in CASH* at any of the Suvidhaa Outlets across India. Suvidhaa outlets are available across the country.
Guidelines
- Premium payment in cash* should not exceed Rs 50,000/- in a calendar month, across policies (including Proposal Deposit/ Renewal Payment/ Top Up) held by a customer across roles
- Premium payment can be made for Inforce policies and policies which are lapsed for a period = < 5 months
- Cash payments are advised to be made at Suvidhaa outlets against an official receipt. In case an official receipt is not received for cash payment within 7 days please call 1-800-425-6969.
Payment at Axis Bank
For all customers
Cheque/Cash collection: Make renewal premium payments at Axis Bank branches (through cash/local cheques/DD) or at Axis Bank ATM drop boxes (through local cheques/DD's).
Payments via NEFT
Renewal Premium Payments using the National Electronic Fund
Transfer (NEFT) Facility
Now make your MetLife renewal premium payment from your own bank account through the NEFT facility. This facility can be used through the Net Banking option available on your Bank’s website or also by visiting your bank branch*.
This fast, easy and secure payment mode can be operated from anywhere- from your home/office or even at your own bank branch. It offers several advantages over the conventional modes of money transfer like elimination of collection and clearance process for cheques and draft, providing instant transfer of funds, etc.
