Repatriation requirements/benefits are subject to the change as per applicable laws and procedures.

The ground rule of repatriation is that the benefits of the policy shall be paid in foreign currency or in Indian rupees into NRE/FCNR accounts only to the extent of premium being paid in foreign currency or in Indian rupees from such NRE/FCNR accounts. The documentation and procedural requirements for repatriation of policy benefits will be as prescribed by the RBI from time to time.

The policy benefits shall be processed upon production of all the documents and proof as required under law.
